Worst Interview Process Dont waster your precious time by giving such interview in which company itself is not sure which akilled candidate they are looking for.
The Overall process was having 2 Technical and 1 managerial round but the company itself not sorted thay what are their actual requirements.
This is the first company interview in which they dont have any parameters to check whether the candidate is good fit or not.
Even HR asked to me to have casual chat with your manager to know the Notice period exactly if negotiable without even giving the Offer letter.

Rounds of Interview:
1) Online Multiple Choice Questions Test(Java, Spring, Hibernate, SQL/PLSQL)
2) Technical Interview Round
3) F2F Round where the interviewer explained how things worked at the company and evaluates if the candidate fits in the role and company
4) Technical Interview Round
People were nice till the final round, but they could have maintained that courtesy & let the candidate know about the rejection instead of just telling them to 'leave for the day'. I have waited for 5+ hours(through 4 rounds of interview) and i would've felt good to know that i didn't clear the interview immediately instead of following up with the recruiter(who never responded) and came to know about rejection through automated mail after 1 month.

Pregunta 1
An online test of 1 hour duration which covered topics from candidate's primary skills.
In-depth java questions in 1st Technical round. The interview was respectful and asked just what's required for the job.
Problem-solving question in 2nd Technical round. A scenario based question which could have multiple solutions, but the interviewer needed that one specific solution which he knew. Unfortunately, i didn't know what solution he was expecting.

Recruited from college. Aptitude test, Business English, Techincal Round, Hackathon and HR rounds.
It is a very great experience working with Senecaglobal. I prefer to work in this company.
