Thorough process that involved:
1. Coffee/Gatekeeper session - Allowed me to meet with a Sendero to see if it was a good fit to move to the next stage
2. Office Interview 1st Round - Interviewed with Manager and Senior Managers, only behavioral and professional situation/experience questions. No case interview.
3. Office Interview 2nd Round - Interviewed with Principals and CEO, only behavioral and professional situation/experience questions. No case interview.

Pregunta 1
Q: Describe a time when you made a mistake? How did you mitigate the issue and reassure the client?
HR, back-to-back interviews second round, then back-to-back interviews in person. Straight forward with no other questions other than STAR questions. They will not negotiate salary and they are a staffing company for new college grads.

Entrevista
Straight forward behavioral health interview questions. Very average questions with unique follow up questions to each individual. There were 2 rounds of interview with one being in person and two virtual. the offer took several weeks to come after the final interview.

Pregunta 1
Talk about a project you are most passionate or proud of
3 interviews. Mostly behavioral. One case that was very simple and tech based. Not quantitative at all. Just had to be able to give strategy following any case format you have studied in the past. Shouldn’t trip people up.
