Very professional and clear process. Initially there was a recruiter connect. The recruiter was very friendly, she took notes of my experience in the industry and relevant technologies. This round was succeeded by an interview with two engineering managers, which was more about industry and technical experience, and questions that assess cultural/soft skill match. After this, they forwarded a take home test(A web application), which was pretty difficult.

Technical interview to understand your technical skills
A take home assignment. Mine was to build an rss-reader which is then reviewed by the team and they make their decision without even allowing you to defend some of you coding decisions and also a very poor review standard (they look out for petty things and are wrong with most of their feedback).

They asked a lot about micro-services architecture and system design in their technical interviews.
The take home assignment is to build a RS-reader API which is a waste of time because they review in a bad way and just make their decisions. After putting in so much work, a sensible organization should give you a chance to defend some of you decisions. Almost like they want you to fail.
