One person contacted me on Linkedin, and I did an initial 30-minute interview with another person. The interview went well, but I got feedback saying that my English was insufficient after a few days. The funny thing is that I have been working in a North American company for more than one year, and English is commonplace in my daily life, but it seems that Sendcloud requires an academic level of English.

After completing all the stages, assignments and technical interview in which the interviewers stated that they liked assignment solution and there wasn't any mistake and liked me and looking forward to talk with me soon, they rejected me even though most of the answers were correct in the interview. Reason of rejection was that they were looking for a senior resource though my resume already stated the number of years of experience in it. A total time waste company. It makes sense to reject someone when the assignment isn't good enough or most of the answers aren't correct. The company that claims no nonsense is actually doing it. I guess I'm saved from working with such a bunch of unprofessional liars.
