SendBird has a fairly standard interview process that consisted of 1-2 phone/video interviews followed by an onsite interview that lasted a few hours, with multiple people. Overall, it was a good experience.

Company culture is important to SendBird and the questioning will reflect that. Beyond that, they asked role specific questions to gauge how I would handle certain situations and my prioritization logic of tasks/customers.
Had an HR call. The manager was very friendly and honest. She asked detailed questions about my experiences and how my career aspirations align with the company and how I manage stress.

Applied LinkedIn and received to have 1st zoom interview. However arranging first interview took a while. After first interview had second interview with hiring manager. He directly said is looking for candidate who have deep understanding on tech background and can speak computer tech language.
