A lenghty email correspondence, then you get a set of tasks, then you get approval to proceed with a deadline, and you get informed the job is no longer available even though you finished the deadline.

There were many questions which are entirely tied to their platform, requiring you to go through their knowledge base - for example: how a refund is calculated.

Entrevista
The interview process was a bit long but very comprehensive. There were about 5 steps overall which consisted of:
1. Submitting a short video of us explaining about ourselves.
2. A 30-minute video interview with an HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist.
3. Given an assignment about SEO and Semrush tools to complete within 3 days.
4. A 1-hour interview with the Team Leader, HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist, and a team member.
5. A follow-up 30-minute interview with the same format as number 4.
Although the process was a bit long for me, I understand that Semrush wanted to be as comprehensive as possible. In my experience, they all response very quickly to my emails or questions.
