The person from HR sent me an email for a first interview half an hour after I applied to the role, and we had the interview a few days after that. We had a great call where I was told I seemed to be a good match, he demonstrated keen interest in my profile and experience and promised to keep me posted in the next 2 business days. Not only he didn't, but he never replied to my emails asking about updates, and I have not even received a proper (not even automatic) rejection email as regards this process since. It's been a month, I clearly understand that I have been ghosted. The sad thing is I'm now receiving an email from Semrush to leave feedback for my process, when I have never been told I wasn't a part of the process any longer. Disappointing experience.
