I had an initial call with talent acquisition, followed by an interview with the creative director and HR. Both were video calls and fairly unstructured, just having a chat about the role and my experience. Time between calls was quite long - it took two weeks for someone to reach out after the initial call and a week after my interview for them to send feedback.
