Had two interviews, one with HR and a second with two folks (one who worked on the blog currently). They both went went and I enjoyed the people I talked with. When the second was over I asked when I would hear back when I would go to the next round and they said by Friday, and that I would be contacted either way. Two weeks have gone by with zero contact. I feel it was unprofessional to ghost instead of a simple "thank you for your time, we are moving on to other candidates."
