For first it was typical interview with HR-manager (o.makar*) and Senior Product Manager ( t.banzar*). Interview takes about 30min via Google Hangouts. I had positive experience about interview, SEMrush managers was welcome and very friendly. It was a good atmosphere. In the same day after, HR-manager send me test assignments. It was 3 different tasks. To made it perfect I registered in about 10 different competitors to SEMrush services. I gave them answers to test assignments via Google Docs and send the Google Spreadsheed with a 15 competitors comparison. In total I had spand about 4-5 hours on this work. So I made tests and send it on April 2. It was no any feedback in about week later. I called them to remind about my candidature. HR asked me to wait few days more for reply. After nobody contact with me, but my competitors comparison file often open by anonym. Yesterday April 10, I send one more email to HR and it was no reply too. So, I spand tons of my time for interview, tests and reminds about my application. It's no any intelligible reply from SEMrush HR. But I'm sure, that they will using my expertise in work. It's ok, when the hiring process take a weeks or months. But you'll make assignments for this company and HR-managers will no reply you after or will ask for wait one day more. It's no good practice.

Very unadequate, recruiters found me on linkedin to ask to apply, I did, and then i was ghosted. This is complete waste of resources, seems like a big company with no accountability within. Like those that have 10 peope in each team having meetings and slacking each other without an actual output ;D
