It's not that common to find a team that goes the extra mile, and everyone on this interview process did. The whole process was great. The recruiter was very attentive and communicated every step of the way with clarity, and the tech team was open and created a set of tech meetings that were professional and fun at the same time.
I had 4 meetings: 1st with the recruiter, 2nd with the hiring lead from the team, a 3rd follow up technical meeting with more teammembers, and the 4th and final offer review with the recruiter + HR.
I finally decided to decline the offer for personal reasons, but would be glad to cross paths in the future
