After my post graduation, this was my first full-time job application, but had explored SEO and PPC projects as a consultant. They took that into consideration and have given me time to explore both fields before they finalise on one path for me to continue on. That was very helpful! There were three rounds - The first one was a phone call where I briefed about myself, and was briefed about my profile and the company. A technical round of questions followed by a Grammar and writing test, and another round about my soft skills, aspirations, and 'my story'. Then I was informed about the holidays, hours of work, their expectations and a detail about my role.
