I was interviewed remotely. I got to stage 2. Initial interview was a typical interview with talent acquisition, nothing to note. I got a task for stage 2. Stage 2 lasted about an hour and a half, with the Team Lead. We went over my background and the task. No question asked about the task, only that I covered exactly the same risks as they would. I thought that was a positive, but I still got a rejection email. Got decent feedback afterwards though.
