Had a phone screening a few days ago and a phone interview scheduled for today. No one called. I saw their reviews weren't very good on Glassdoor, so it's probably for the best.

Management should implement fair interview procedures. I had a successful phone screening with Selectquote and went into the San Diego office for a face to face interview. Although I had experience in the exact same field and was more than qualified for the job, the two Sales Managers refused to consider me for the position. They literally asked me three questions, cut the interview short, and walked me to the door. They seemed uninterested in anything I had to say. It was as though their mind was already made up. One Manager walked me to the door and didn't even shake my hand on the way out. Management should definitely implement fair and unbiased interview practices as they may very well be missing out on quality employees by passing judgdment or cutting corners.
