Two phone interviews. Asked my expectations, how former employees would describe me etc. non pressure, easy going. I took the time to ask about their most successful employees, abilities to move up into different roles.

Very simple interview. Star style questions. Have you different situations and the end of the interview they gave me offer and some one else called back and gave me the official offer again
