1st Step is a phone screening/preliminary interview, then you get a face to face interview with the Sales Manager. If you pass that round you will have a third interview with the Sales VP. First 1:1 interview was typical.The 2nd 1:1 was a lot more difficult and serious. The VP asked a lot of questions regarding sales experience and how you would handle yourself in certain situations.

2-3 interviews. More demanding and selective than should be for this level of pay. The interviewers act like this is some sort of dream job that is selective. It is far from that.

Multiple phone interviews and video interview, long on-boarding and multiple required tasks to complete before even being hired and on payroll. Far too in-depth for a job with such a low salary and low level of quality and position type.
