Informal and manager was easy to talk to. The manager who interviewed me was super friendly and energetic.Felt like more of a convo vs interview. Was asked about 5 year long term plan and past experiences. They really try to sell you on their continuing education and benefits.
It was reactively easy, a phone call first- followed by an in person interview. I was hired following that. They reached out rather quickly after the application, making it quick and easy.
