Got asked to submit a 2 minute video introduction after receiving an email where I was told they were "impressed with my resume". Submitted it and only heard back almost a month later only after I emailed them asking for an update. Then spoke with talent acquisition where I was essentially asked the same thing as in my video. Got rejected a month later. Overall a waste of time
