Initial call with Director about background and experience
Then longer zoom interview with multiple Seegrid employees from different departments; everyone was very professional and nice. They will ask some brain teaser questions - trying to hear your thought process through a tough question, not about getting the correct answer.

Something like - you have 8 balls, how do you find the 1 ball that weighs more than the rest in 2 tries. You use a regular balance scale and cannot tell by picking up the balls which one weighs more.
