Initial phone screen (they say it’s informal but that’s a lie). Then online video interview. The entire process was just weird. During the video interview, one interviewer did not even have her camera on. The entire atmosphere just felt cold and weird. Received a rejection two days later which was generic and unhelpful. It seemed like a good company to work for but honestly I’ll just stick to applying to large companies now, all this small companies lie about “entry level positions “ (which probably require 3 years experience) and they just waste your time! The company seems to be diverse in terms of women, but not one single black team member, in a city where 13% of the population is black.
