I had no problem with the process of the interview that I was asked to parcicipate in by the management that wanted me to interview for this particular position. It was not a bad interview in the slightest. (this is just filler - ignore.)

Interview process is very straight forward, virtual interview, you record your answers, and very simple questions like, Tell me a time you dealt with a difficult customer, how did you handled? , and 12 more easily to answer, next day they send you a email to schedule a final interview, process was going very well and easy until they offer you $ 16,31 per hours, didn't know if cry or laugh !! rate is ridiculous poor and very humiliating , additionally they want you to be at the office 3 days per week, my location is 50 miles away from their office, I will be working not even to pay tolls, ridiculous this kind of rate, decide no to go ahead with rest of the interview, don't waste your time applying for this role .
