Entrevista
People that interviewed me were not qualified to properly interview and experienced candidate. Their ego's heavily outweighed their skillset in Claims and the Interviewing process. The people in charge at this organization and their overinflated ego's shows in the lack of quality service they can provide, and also how they cannot keep any talent within their organization. They are a "revolving door" as an employer, and do not retain anyone that has good to excellent technical skills...this is due to low pay compared to industry averages and poor management.

No questions were difficult or unexpected. The questions asked were "HR 101" junk, which shows the lack of quality people they have working for them in management and decision making positions.

Entrevista
Ask impertinent standard questions and did NOT give detail overall true and honest expectationof the job duties and the work load. They were as dishonest and fake during the interview process as they were working with them everyday. Nothing was presented as it really is within the company - I took as though they needed to be misleading in order to get people to accept the job. Very misleading.
