Interview was going well. There had been some delays in the follow up interview so they said they'd send me a new contract with a revised date. However, they suddenly sent me an email saying they decided to rescind the offer with no explanation provided.

I would not recommend this place to anyone due to a lack of professionalism. Find someplace else to work that does not discriminate against individuals based on age or disabilities.
