The process involves 3 interviews, one with HR over the phone, next one with 2 managers, and then finally the director of the department, all interviews were fairly easy. I waited for a month before they reached a decision because they were still interviewing other potential applicants. I was hopeful after the interviews because I thought I did well, but I received a generic-automated email of their decision which was very disappointing.
