Ridiculous interview process for a lower mid level position. HR screening 45 mins via Teams video. Hiring mgr 60 mins via Teams mgr. 2 person team 60 mins ia Teams AND a 4 person separate in office interview. Back to back 45 mins ea. CRAZY!! This isnt the FBI Securian! What a waste of everyone’s time! Combine some of these interviews together for not only your employees who lack interviewing skills but also for the applicant. We are human too!

A few peer and manager interviews, one case study which was focused on data training and testing. You had to explain how you came up with your solution to several interviewers
