I only had the first interview, but I think they have 4 of them. The interview I had was with a recruiter, it was pleasant and pretty straightforward. Going over my resume, history, and getting to know me. The only negative aspect was I felt like the recruiter really made it sound like I would get another interview, and got my hopes up. She said great things about me and my resume, and made it seem like I would be a good fit. I was then told I would hear back within around 48 hours, but didn't hear back until almost 2 weeks later that I wasn't selected for another interview. Overall, interview experience is always nice, and she was very friendly, but don't be afraid to tell people they might not be qualified enough or whatever it may be so you are properly setting expectations. It really sounded to me like the 2nd interview was pretty much guaranteed.
