A written interview followed by in person interviews. The tone was light, fun, and friendly. I never felt like I was being grilled but it was clear that they wanted to know who I was as a person. I would show up prepared and full of energy but overall I think it's a pretty reasonable interview.

1- Phone interview with the team lead
2- In person interview with CCO and other members on the SDR team
3- Final in person interview with the CEO, CCO, and team lead
They got back to me in a couple of days with an offer.
