      Got invited to some online tests. This then leads to other sites which require you to install "a small agent" on your computer and enable webcam in order to take the test. Major red flags and appears to be a scam. If this is a genuine recruitment process then you really need a review of it. No way am I going ahead with that.

      The interview process was basically an online reasoning and logic test. You get sent an email with a link and a contact number, should you encounter any technical difficulties. The test itself was not the problem, but the help given for those who may have disabilities was. The email that was sent actually states that, if you have a disability then you should contact them and they will do what they can to adjust the test. However, no contact email address, no contact number, no contact name is given in the email. The email itself was sent from a noreply mailbox. To me, as someone with long term health problems, this as an accessibility failure. You cannot claim to be accessible and then not provide the means for people to access facilities. It seems a very strange thing to do, tell someone their needs can be accommodated and then do not tell them how. I tried to find a specific contact on the website but was unsuccessful. Also, there was no deadline given for the completion of the test. When were applications likely to be closed? So, despite being frustrated, I took the test anyway. The results were unsurprising in the fact that I was very accurate in my responses but slower. The whole experience left me feeling that the impersonal approach of the interview process had excluded me, not on the basis of ability but on the basis that my needs were not taken into account. That being said, it may have been the right outcome, because I am not sure that a company that is unable to deal with my needs at the interview stage would have been able to deal with them had I been successful. Is this at odds with the claim on their website 'We contribute to a healthier and safer society'?
