The process was great from start to finish. I wasn't based in London at the time and the recruitment team kindly accommodated me by organising a video call instead of me flying over. The call took around 45 minutes and the questions were professional and appropriate and my two female interviewers really made me feel at ease with their friendliness. The HR team were very responsive and understanding of my situation. I got offered the job and was very excited to take it however relocating at the time proved to be more complicated than initially expected and had to decline the offer. They were extremely understanding and respectful about the situation. I do hope to reapply in the near future and recommend it to anyone.

I applied sending my CV and a cover leter via their website and was contacted the next day by email with an interview request. I was send a link where I could chose the hours I was available for an interview. Once I filled in my availaibilities, they send me a boarding pass with my interview time, which room and the names of the people who will be interviewing me. (all of this during the same day, the talent partner was really quick to answer emails) The email also specified the type of interview. (For this position, it was a Q&A with competency based questions and an excel task at the end) The process was really quick and after my interview on a Friday, I learned that I got the job the next Tuesday. I found the type of questions (based compentency questions) quite hard at times because you have to find an example for each questions based on your experience and skills. But it might be because it was the first time that I was doing a compentency based interview.
