SM interview possible DM. They ask typical behavior type questions: tell me about a time where you had a diffucult customer? turning poor performance around? what type of manager/leader are you?

I received an email telling me that they liked my resume and to select a time to talk. I emailed with my availability and then when they called they asked me the normal interview questions and then i was asked to come in for a one on one. I was offered job but the pay was horrible.
