First they contacted me through text, we set up an interview time and then when I was there we talked about my application. The interviewer asked standard questions, because I was a student he asked about my availability and my ability to juggle a job, schoolwork, and extracurricular activities.

Describe a situation where there was a disagreement on a project.
Straight forward, they had me fill out questions on a computer. It then was a group interview, it would have been nice to have a one on one so it was a bit awkward.

Entrevista
Casual, laid back conversation about previous work experience and hypothetical customer situations. Very relaxed. It was what you’d expect for the position and I wouldn’t stress about it in the least

What kind of customer service experience do you have?
Simple and brief. Wanted to hire right away. Didn’t ask any additional questions or anything off of the online application. Very quick, offered the hourly rate right then snd there.
