Two weeks after applying, received an initial phone call from the HR Recruiter, asking basic questions about my background, then I had to take an online personality assessment. A quick tip about this assessment, be decisive. If it asks you questions from a scale of 1-10. don't pick 5. They're looking for someone who can make a decision, and not hem and haw. I was then scheduled for an onsite interview at their HQ in Hoffman Estates where I met and interviewed with 2 Directors.
