Did phone interview, called into office for face-to-face interview with 4 people, everything went well. They called me the next day to ask if I can fly out to Kansas City to interview with CEO from their second office and do a personality test. The "personality test" was a 5 hour long series of IQ, aptitude, logic, personality, etc. It was far from just a personality test. I didn't pass the test and wasted 2 days worth of travel and money. They should the testing before they fly you out to Kansas.
