The interview process was smooth and took about 45 minutes! My interviewer was friendly and was engaging through the entire interview! After the interview, I had to do some personality tests which I found interesting.
The interview was largely casual, involving conversations with the team leader and HR, including a few personality tests, and focused mainly on understanding my background, interests, and working style better.

The worst interview I’ve ever went.
I waited for an hour for the interview only for the interviewer to show disinterest upon seeing my DISC profile. The interview walked in and out for around 3 times during my interview. No respect for the candidate.
Kindly don’t ask the candidates to wait for an hour to fill up the DISC test if it’s one of the first screening criteria. I could have filled up at home and not gone for the interview. Such a waste of time.
