Entrevista
I applied online and I was called maybe a week or two after to come in for an in person interview. My interview was LONG. I was there about 2 hours speaking with HR and a supervisor. They asked you to fill out paperwork. The supervisor I spoke with had a lot of information, which was a little overwhelming after being there for a long time already. They want to make sure you will be a good fit with the company and see which unit you'd be good for.

They asked my experience in the field which at the time I didn't have any. They asked about my educational background. They asked me to write a short paragraph of what mental illness means to me.
met with the program director and program manager who asked a series of questions, regarding my education and employment history. Very casual. Received an offer a few days later, which I accepted.
The person who interviewed me didn't know the answers to the questions I was asking. They ask basic interview questions like strengths and weaknesses, they like to hear you have personal experience working with this population and or professional experience working with crisis situations.
