I was reached out to by an agency. Originally for an HR Director role. Initially, more than questions about my experience, the agency asked more about the places I had worked at. What types of companies were they, what did they do, how much annual revenue did they make, how many employees, etc. From there I had a phone call with the company's recruiter, followed by an video interview with the COO, then the VP of Sales and the CRO. This was inteded to be the end of the process but later had last minute additions of talking to the Associate Director of HR and the CEO.
