One way video interview. Questions appeared on screen and candidate had to answer into a video recording. Small number of questions, no issues with the process and questions were standard and fair.

One way video interview. Questions appeared onscreen and I answered into a video call. This was my first experience of a one-way interview. It was strange not seeing another person on the other end but it was good to get the experience and a nice way to ease into the job hunting process.
