Initial online test followed by a longer assignment - The latter is absurd and borderline abusive to applicants. They say a 3-hour test which should be completed within 24 hours. In reality, the samples they send you are so bafflingly error-strewn, it is incredibly time-consuming just to try and make sense of what the author is trying to say. Nevertheless, I completed it, albeit taking longer than the 3 hours suggested. I can say in all confidence that the English was more than satisfactory at the time of submission, having made hundreds of edits. I received a reply in just over an hour, saying the document contained too many errors still, therefore they would not consider taking my application any further. To me, it is clear that no one has actually reviewed this work, it has simply been put into a computer. Any human reading this would not have come to such a conclusion. This company are time-wasters and should be avoided. I should have believed some of the other feedback on here - it is all completely true. Do not waste your time and effort.
