Pretty informative. Open file, and they ask you why you would be a fit for this company. Also ask you about background, what medical program (PA, MD, DO, etc) you plan on applying to and when, and what time commitment can you provide (minimum 1-2 years, pending on what medical program you pursue).

I was asked questions like "tell me about a time you had a conflict and how you resolved it?" and more basic like how fast I type. It was easygoing and more conversational because the manager was so nice!

Entrevista
First had a Zoom interview where the regional manager discussed the role and then asked me how to spell a few common medical terms, and asked for definitions. After she placed me with a site manager who administered a written test after a 2 week training module that went in depth on medical procedures and diagnosis we will see in the ED. Make sure to review the terminology and you should be good.
