Initially I did not hear back from anyone for a few months after I submitted my application. After I was contacted, the interview process was long and included multiple screening interviews prior to being selected for the position.
Typical questions about strengths and weaknesses. No engagement really and the interviewer couldn't answer half the questions I asked. They also called their pay competitive which actually isn't even enough to live on.

I applied on line, got a call for interview. I-9 was done at the same time , back ground check was initiated and this took 2 weeks and on job training was started.
