Laid back done by x2 Store Managers has a set out sheet with around 10 questions on them then after that for the impression they were answering their own the people were nice and made you feel at ease

Smooth hiring process directly with Area Manager. General interview which was mostly conversational over google meet. Focused more on previous experiences and situations. Pretty straightforward and offer given shortly after.

Simple interview process. Answered a few questions regarding my work experience and my knowledge of Screwfix. More of a discussion than an interview to see if your personality will mesh well with the existing team.

Entrevista
Applied online, next day had the interview. Very relaxed and informal. Just general interview questions asked by the manager, and assistant manager writing down the answers. It is a relaxed dialog rather than just answering their questions. It took roughly 1,5 hour. Normally interviews are stressful but this one was not at all.
