Applied online. Did a pre recorded video interview, with 8 questions. After that, had an interview with HR, where they asked me about my availability, and some behavioral questions. Questions ranged from easy ones like what is availability on weekends, to situation type such as "describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer".

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entrevista
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
