First interview is an online recorded session where you answer 8 questions. You have 30 seconds to read each question and 5 minutes to answer each question. You have only one chance to record your answer. I found this to be a fairly nerve-wracking experience as you have no way to judge how they are responding to your answers.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entrevista
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
