Received a call from HR about a month after applying - screening questions. 1st round interview a week later with two associates and a VP (50/50 behavioural and technical). 2nd round two days after that with two analysts, two associates and a VP (50/50 behavioural and technical).
Reached out to by HR after 1 week and a team member after applying online after 1.5 weeks. Was given less than a working day of notice for the first-round online interview. During the call, the questions felt unstructured. They repeatedly pressed me on why I wanted the role, but never actually explained what the role fully entailed. Communication stopped immediately after the call—no feedback, no update.

nice vibe with very professional structure. with multiple normal bq and mainly ask you about your resume, so need to prepare your resume carefully, you need to familiar with anything on your resume
