Es un procedimiento tradicional, primero es una entrevista con el área de RRHH y luego con el jefe directo y finalmente con la cabeza del área. Esta ultima instancia es quien valida si el perfil de la persona es adecuada para formar parte del equipo de trabajo.

Entrevista
I met with another project manager in the same role and got a good understanding of the role and work environment from him. It seemed like a great fit overall, given my experience and personality. I met with a manager/director and thought the meeting went well, but I was not given an offer and received no feedback as to why, despite explicitly asking for it from the HR manager.

Interview with a VP and then project manager. In depth questions about experience , pay expectation start date, etc. they never reached out after only heard from recruiter after asking weeks later.
