it was a great experience they started with an intro then tell me about yourself then regarding the role and responsibilities then they asked about scotia bank and also about work experience. at last they asked about 2-3 customer service related situation and how one can solve them

Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
