As usual in scotiabank, I got interviewed twice by a group of directors, and after about 30 days by teh VP of the area. afetr waiting for about 60 days, with weekly calls from HR emphasisng that the hiring process has not been finalized, I received a wierd note from HR stating that the position has been closed and no one was selected to the position.

There were too many items and questions asked that were not relevant to the role. I would suggest the questions be more relevant for the role instead. perhaps they should update to use more relevant questions

It was very straightforward. Mix of technical and behavioural questions. Manager was easy to connect with. Overall pleasant and efficient process. I would recommend Scotiabank as a place to interview

Lead - technical questions, walking through past experience and challenges 3rd interview with VP - general questions about process improvement, new business opportunities, market analysis and strategies
