Telephone interview followed by in person interview. The telephone interview was a very straight forward question and answer interview. The interviewer did not respond to my answers. Had to call a conference number with two people listening in on the interview. I had an employee referral to get the interview. Very competitive process. Over 1,000 applicants and took about 6 people for the Co-Op program. Hard to get into without a masters degree.

Applied online and they got back to me within 3 weeks. Very straightforward and had an in-person interview. I interviewed with two people and they were very relaxed and it was about 30 minutes.
