Well managed, Behavioural interview. Easy going managers. They contact me constatly to provide status of the process. Is difficult to find a spot inside when you do not have Canian experience. The Bank values internal talent and women a lot.

My resume was referred by an employee, after that the hiring manager sent me an email to coordinate the interview date, then an outsourced recruiter called me to interview and evaluate my soft skills for the position, at the end they called me to offer me the compensation package.
