It was a two step interview process: First round comprised of standard technical questions related to valuations, enterprise/equity value, DCFs, and accounting questions followed by a model assignment as the second round interview

Was ghosted after getting through four rounds of interviews. Reached out a handful of times over the 2 to 3 months since the interview process has began. Common courtesy is to give a response, especially if you have been through multiple conversations and met with multiple people, even if it is a rejection. The career portal still says “Application Under Consideration.” How rejected candidates are treated shows the level of professionalism of the employees and organization.
